The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) has released an alert against a bug in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers that could lead to users’ sensitive data being stolen. CERT-In found some critical vulnerabilities in the browsers that can potentially allow hackers to get their hands on sensitive information of users. As per the CERT-In website, the vulnerability could be “exploited by an attacker to obtain sensitive information, gain elevated privileges, and execute arbitrary code on the target system
